Does the Scrunch Bottle Bib fit all bottle sizes?
Yes.  The Scrunch Bottle Bib was designed to fit both narrow and wide bottles.

Is the Scrunch Bottle Bib machine washable?
Yes.  The Scrunch Bottle Bib is machine washable. 

What are the shipping costs?

We process orders within 24-48 hours.  We offer Ground and International shipping.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship via USPS Priority Mail International (6 - 10 days)

$13.50 (orders with 5 items or less)

$19.00 (orders with 6 or more items) Canada and Mexico

$26.50 (orders with 6 or more items) All other Countries

****These rates do not include customs duties, VAT and any other local taxes or duties, if applicable, that would be the sole responsibility of the customer upon receipt.****

We attach an international customs declaration to your package and charge you for the cost of mailing or shipping your package.  Customs duties are not assessed until a package arrives to the designated country and they cannot be paid in advance.  Upon arrival into the country, the postal service will route it to a Customs International mail facility, where inspectors will determine whether duty is owed.  If duty is owed, the Postal Service will collect it from the recipient before delivering the package.  There are various rates of duty for goods.  Whether or not your shipment requires the payment of duty depends on its classification.  Determining the classification, and therefore its duty rate varies per country.  We will not be able to give you a quote or determine your duty rate for you.  Contact your local customs office for further information.



Do I have to create an account?
You can create an account to simplify the checkout process.  You will also have quick access to your order status and order history.  It is not mandatory to create an account to purchase products from our store.

What is your return policy?

ScrunchBottleBib.com does not except returns or exchanges on any washed or used merchandise for sanitary purposes.  Purchases may be returned within 14 days. Items should be returned in unopened original condition, with a copy of the packing slip, to our Return Center.

* A refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase.

    * Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective.

To Return an item:

  1. Fill out our Return Form and include it with your return.  Click here to download our Return Form.
  2. Ship your item(s) with the original packing slip and our return form via a secure delivery method.

If you were shipped the wrong item(s) or your item(s) were damaged or defective please email us using the "Support" link at the top of the page for return instructions.


How can I exchange an item?

Unwashed and unused merchandise may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt.  All exchanges must accompany a receipt and shipping charges will be incurred by the customer unless there was an error on our part and you were shipped the wrong items.

How to exchange items:

The best way to exchange product is to place a new order for the item(s) you want and send the orginal product(s) back as a return using the instruction in the return section.


My credit card doesn't seem to work when I place an order. What now?

Occasionally some of our customers have difficulty purchasing through our secure gateway service. If you encounter difficulties, follow these steps:

   1. Address - It is important for the address on your credit card statement and the address entered for purchasing on our website to match. Please check your credit card statement for an exact match, and re-enter your address.

   2. Try another credit card - It is possible that the credit card you are using has online purchasing restrictions or the available credit is insufficient.

   3. Card Verification (CVV) Number incorrect - If you do not enter the 3 digit CVV number, your credit card will not register. The CVV number is the last 3-digits printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. For American Express, the CVV is a 4 digit number appearing on the front right side directly above the last few digits of your card number. If your credit card does not have this verification number, please try using a different card.


Do you accept checks or money orders? What about COD's?

No. We apologize but we only accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


Why do I need to provide an e-mail address?
If you do not provide us with a valid email address, we will not be able to send you your order confirmation and tracking number. Having an email address also provides us with another way to communicate with our customers. Customers who do not have an email address are encouraged to set one up with any of the free Internet email services (ie. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.). We will accept your order by telephone if you do not provide a valid email address.

Why do I need to provide my telephone number?

By providing your telephone number UPS or USPS will be able to contact you if they are having problems delivering your package. If they cannot contact you while they are attempting to deliver your package, it will be returned to their depot and held until further notice. Also, if an incorrect email address is entered, there would be no other way to contact you unless a valid telephone number is provided. ScrunchBottleBib.com has a strict policy to not release customer information to any third party except for the fulfillment of your order.


Will I be charged sales tax?

As a business located in the state of Michigan we are required by law to collect 6% sales tax on any order shipped to a Michigan address.  Applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your order and receipt.

If your shipping address is outside of Michigan you will not be charged sales tax.
